i've been struggling with undiagnosed ADHD while doing my first semester of university completely online. the second you asked what it felt like to take some time for myself i started crying like a baby; after five months of putting in long hours of hard work and still feeling like i've done nothing, i'd fooled myself into thinking i didn't deserve to spend time on myself. thank you for reminding me what's important.
I love how you don't flex on being super hot or super flexible or super strong (or having a huge house or a fancy gym) like they do in other channels, you keep it more real, straight to the point and closer to us "normal people"
