Hope I can add to this conversation! Over the years, I've come to understand that there are some common foundational issues that set swimmers up for a myriad of different aches, pains, and injuries. These foundations are often hidden unless you go hunting for them but ultimately revolve around restrictions at the hip, shoulders, neck and low back above all else. Since my gym pool has been closed since March and I normally would swim laps weekly, I have doing this practice weekly instead. I am hoping it is keeping me in shape for when I return to swim and also that it is conditioning some of the areas that swimming normally would. I’m a swimmer and have a lot of shoulder issues and this helped so much for post morning practice stretching. Especially on days with doubles I felt a real difference in my second practice
She has gorgeous feet and soles.
I was on beach vacation for two weeks and couldnt bring my yoga mat and stuff there. I'm just back from it and god i missed yoga and Adriene, i smiled BIG at the end of this session !!!! So grateful, thank uuuuu

I swim daily and this is exactly what I need to stop from getting stiff and keep pushing myself. Yoga for Water-skiers would be another session I would love to try if you’re developing any new ones.
