Having been a 30 year meditator which has encompassed a variety of techniques(mantras, chanting, the practice that goes with Vipassana, Tibetan Dzogchen with its open eye technique), I can say that what is offered here could have some value but ultimately the greatest progress in meditation is through Self Inquiry, popularized by some venerable sages in India(Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj) and through a diligent commitment one comes to realize there's really nothing to be manifested. Your essence is Pure Awareness or Consciousness as it is and it is in the recognition of THAT that you experience the peace and happiness which because it was always there wouldn't then require manifesting or loving to do anything. Just "Stand as Awareness" which is our motto.

So yes, I also resonate with using my breath to move energy into manifesting- potential change into being. I too also start with surrender in my meditations- to purify and peel the layers of pattern until the core is present- the eternal watcher. Once there, in a state of pure consciousness, it is effortless to create. What to create? This person visualizes peace with all relationships, wealth in a way I have never known- enough to share with all, the emergence of wholeness physically and the sharing of that wholeness to make others whole- and seeing this expand to encompass the globe and beyond. Most of all to realize the wealth/privilege that is life- seeing it is already here so that it may be expanded. Thank you for your sharing. I appreciate what you are bringing.

Thank you Emily. In meditation three areas particularly we focused on pineal gland area, in your heart centre and what you described near belly button what is called tan-tien by the chinese. Actually what yoga taught us these three points are placed on the same hollow tube. It's like wherever the light it will be spread all the way lighting the entire circuit.
