After being initiated into bhuta shuddhi, how often should you do the practice? I live in Dubai and the center is closed, due to covid situation, but I see many centers in India are opening up to the public. Any idea why it hasn't happened over here and when it might be?

Without any vagueness I must say Suryakriya (not Surya Shakti or Surya Namaskar) but if you do 3 or more cycles of Suryakriya. I definitely not feel my spine is there after doing Suryakriya. Other then Physical benefits, There is sense of completeness or my whole body gets alive after doing this. I also must say do Shambhavi or Shoonya after Suryakriya it will be very different (since Hathyoga will tell you the order). Suryakriya will a very good catalyst for Shambhavi and Shoonya 🙏. Angamardana needs a good committment, it will not shows instant result if your body is stiff enough (like mine was) but after you cross that part then you forget the meaning of lethargy. Angamardana definitely improves your working efficiency. You will be not shy from Hardwork after doing Angamardana. All the pain in your joints or in tendons or in any other parts of your body happening after waking up in the morning just got vanished. About Yogasana, personally it is helps me to acknowledge why we are holding certain postures. Yogasana reminds that how our (my) awful eating habits cost us that we (I) not able hold very basic postures of Yogasana. Every postures reminds me what is to be (feels) in particular asanas. Holding postures for some seconds actually understand me the significance of that aasana. So all the Yogic Practices in the Hathyoga has their specific importance. It differ on different body or person. Like Somebody's fondness is different than mine. So this my personal experience and opinion, every has their own particular understanding and view 🙏. Sir I am practicing angamardana and it's almost 5 months, 19 Dec I will be completing 6 months but I have loosed alot of weight ..I don't want to be so skinny and also want to continue my sadhana, I take honey every day what else I should do???

I just don't have words how angamardana and Surya kriya has changed me. I was very weak both physically & mentally. But now after investing around 2 years in hath yoga I m able to run marathons, do gym, I only need 3-4 hours of sleep, I never feels lethargic. Mentally I am able to focus on what ever task I want to do without any effort. In short I can say my life has become effortless. This is truly magic

Thanks Mate! Very informative Video. I do Surya Kriya everyday and it definitely works the way you described, although it is hard to put that experience in words. Can I ask you which practice do you recommend for back pain issues? Surya kriya assist a lot but I think sitting all day in office doesn’t help.
Sir, I have been practicing Surya kriya since February 2020 which is fantastic program and I feel energy raises to our head after practice it which shows peace and blissful on head.
