If you don't poke holes in the potatoes, pressure builds up and they whistle when they reach a certain temperature, like a tea kettle when it boils. Poking holes releases the pressure. 😊

Why has she got potatoes and tomatoes in her fridge? You should never refrigerate potatoes or tomatoes. The broccoli looks fine, not "on the way out", easily cooked peeled stem and all. Her empty fridge is more full than mine AFTER I have done the shopping.

I try to cut down on the soy like you mentioned in the videos just to make sure I don’t depend on it for protein.
