Hi guys!! I wanted to share a healthy day in my life in this vlog. I am showing you what I eat as well as a workout and telling you my tips for having a healthy, balanced diet that will help get results from your workouts.

My diet: I eat intuitively and listen to my body. What I eat changes every day because I eat what I’m feeling like/ craving that day. These are some of my fave easy meals. I like to keep my blood sugar balanced because it turns off hunger hormones, prevents sugar cravings, fuels and satisfies. To do this I add a protein, a healthy fat, high fiber carbs and veggies to all my meals. I don’t count calories or macros or anything like that, just eat intuitively. I focus on whole foods, and eat a plant centric diet, mostly vegan/vegetarian but sometimes salmon.
