I feel like forcing emotion wonāt work. When you feel genuinely happy, take that opportunity to try and manifest. But pretending to be happy, when youāre not, comes through as fraudulent and Iāve never been able to achieve anything while pretending. Feel the bad feelings, trusting youāll feel better again so you can get back to your raised vibration. No need to live in denial or punish your mind for feeling low š¤·š½āāļø
