VEGAN MUM: What I ate today with recipes



Good day! Watch what types of meals I eat throughout winter in New Zealand. I shall be doing extra of those movies as I do know they offer lots of worth to these in search of meal concepts. What’s on the menu?

Kale Smoothie – numerous kale, bananas, orange, flaxseeds, vitamin c, spirulina, water

‘In a single day’ oats – oats, chia seeds, wild blueberries, orange, apple with fortified (algae-based calcium) plant milk.

Lunch – selfmade gluten-free toast with cashew cream, avocado and fried mushrooms and boy Choy (no oil)

Afternoon tea – an apple and two little date and nut balls (not proven on digital camera)

Dinner – Tempeh Tikka masala (recipe beneath) with black rice. Served with cashew cream, candy potato and sprouts.

Tempeh Tikka masala recipe:
Fry 2 onions and plenty of garlic in a pot (no oil).
As soon as onions are totally cooked, add eight teaspoons of tikka masala and 2-Three teaspoons of curry powder.
Add 1 large jar of tomato passata. Prepare dinner for five minutes.
Then add 3-Four cups of chopped inexperienced greens and 1-2 blocks of natural tempeh.
Prepare dinner for an extra 5 minutes. You may need to add somewhat little bit of water.
Add 1 tin of full-fat coconut cream and decrease warmth till warmed by means of. Salt and pepper to your liking.
