I used to visit this hotel in 1983-84
Mouth Watering Video 👌😋
Your tireless contributions to document these culinary landmarks of India is really admirable. You also successfully showcase the efforts of the cooks who have been working for 3-4 decades with the same institution. A lot of such great people get unnoticed and remain faceless across the many food establishments in our country. Lot of us owe you much respect for documenting and highlighting this through your culinary travels.
My goddd how much does this man talk! sir, please reduce your repetitive explanation – I have to hear the same sentence twisted thrice all the time in your videos you are so verbose. You don't have to explain every single thing of the dish – as much appetizing it is presented or that we see in your show a short brief explanation would virtually make the viewer savor the dish but your repetitive explanation just kills the interest. Enthusiasm is good but, don't be overly enthusiastic I'm skipping the parts wherever you are speaking the most.
Dignified owners…
Most of the dishes r also Bangalore origin…..not necessarily south Canara stuff…..infact most of the dishes r old mysuru region food…..
NMH was my favorite during childhood.. this video brought back lot of sweet memories…
