Appropriate for meditation -three kinds to allow listeners to take their meditative experiences to greater ranges…
Sri Adi Shankara (788 – 820 CE), the good mystic saint of India was wandering searching for a Guru, a True Grasp who has embodied the reality and reached Self-realization. At the moment, he met Sri Govindapada, who requested him: “Who’re you?”. In response, Shankara, who was eight years outdated at the moment, spontaneously composed six verses in reply. This is called Atma Shatakam or Nirvana Shatakam. It was certainly Sri Govindapada who was the Guru for whom Adi Shankara was wandering and trying to find.
