DAY 5:
My pancakes:
half of – 1 banana
1/Four cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp of almond milk (extra if wanted)
1 egg (flax egg)
1 – 2 tbsp of PB2
1 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate chips 🙂

Pancake Directions
Warmth pan on medium (Make sure that the pan is scorching earlier than pouring batter)
Spray with cooking oil or simply put some oil on the pan
Pour pancake batter on the pan
Anticipate it to bubble and the underside to brown
Flip !
Placed on plate, prime with A LOT of fruit, A LOT of peanut butter, and A LOT of maple syrup!
