1 Orange Bell Pepper*
1 Purple Onion*
1 Jalapeno Pepper ( add seeds should you choose)*
1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
half Cup corn
1 15 ouncesCan of black beans (drained & rinsed)
1.5 Cups of Cooked Wild Rice
1 Cup of tomato sauce
1 14 ouncesCan of diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 half tsp Floor cumin
half tsp paprika
1 1/four tsp salt
1/four tsp floor coriander
1/four tsp cayenne pepper
Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese
