Hatha Yoga for people who telecommute or spend a lot of time sitting. In this Yoga session we will stretch and strengthen the psoas (with variations of the half-bridge) but we will mainly work on the opening of the shoulders (anahatasana, dog upside down, star gazer …) and the back which tends to “sag” when you sit a lot on a chair. This session includes guided relaxation. You will need one or two bricks as well as a bolster. Nice practice!
