You are so gifted to create atmospheres, true, solid, dreamy atmospheres (solid in their dreaminess.) I have seen no other teacher do that. And, whether it is in a 45 mn sequence, of in the 5 mn ones -for example the warm-up, or the yoga for stress when one opens and then closes like a little clamp shell-, an atmosphere is there. Thank you for having that gift, and for putting it up into the world.
