When Adriene said you might be shaking by now, I had to laugh out loud. It was so true. Great practice. I've been on quarantine and doing a practice twice a day, I can feel myself getting stronger. I am determined to at least get in one practice a day when I go back to work. Thank you Adriene – this always makes me happy.

Not gonna lie, I had (and am having) a lot of toxic thoughts during this practice concerning my weight, strength, flexibility and so on but at least I stuck with it and finished the practice.
This is a really awesome session that hits all the right points! it helped with my morning neck stiffness and made me feel all over healthier this morning! I appreciated learning the extension from the lizard pose that appeared to stretch both pelvis muscles and shoulders/necks. My body and mind say big Thank You, Adriene!
Ground day 14! Day 43 of return to YWA. I almost went ahead to day 16 but decided to go ahead and complete this longer practice that I switched out before. I could really feel and see some small changes in flexibility. Adriene's instructions seem so clear this week. 🙏🧎♀️💚

again i am choosing not to do this particular practice as it's very long and not suiting my current weekend situation. i think i will end up doing this practice on monday as it is a greet the day situation.
