Whoa! Day #5/7, almost there! This one was hard for me today. I think I just had too much going on in my mind because when you said βif you arenβt present and just moving itβs a workout.β I had to pause and pull myself together in order to finish this like I was supposed to. Thank you! This is by far my most favourite of the week. After gardening all week I needed some relaxing. Long holding hatha poses. I will definitely keep this one for later practice π
