home made bagel seasoning:
chopped radishes
chopped pickles
flavoured tofu

#four Berry Smoothie Bowl *earlier than I added the plastic

1 banana, frozen

1 tbsp dietary yeast
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt

#6 Creamy Vegan Tofu Pasta

1 block of tofu
1 onion, chopped and sauteéd
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp dietary yeast
¼ cup pasta water
spices of alternative
¼ tsp turmeric
1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to style

pasta of alternative ~180g (6.3oz)
vegan cheese
