Three tablespoons oil
Three massive onions, diced
2 tablespoons garlic, finely diced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoons turmeric
half teaspoon crimson chili flakes
2 teaspoons salt
1 half cups water
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 complete hen, pores and skin eliminated, lower into items or vegetarian meat substitute
