  1. I looked for this after finishing reading the book and today did it for the first time. After the part of becoming aware of the space the room around me and all the space, I could feel an electricity in my body and in my forehead between my eyes, and suddenly I felt like something more than my body. But at minute 29:30 I woke up from all of it because of the change of voice and music, I had my volume all up, and it was a bit scary :/

  9. The cadence with which you read this with the timing you allow between statements is just perfect for me. It is the only single meditation I’ve been able to do repeatedly. Usually I have to switch between different ones each day but I’ve only done this one now for several months!

    I love how it is broken into three parts: 20 minutes to be present, 20 minutes to clear negativity, and 20 minutes to create the feelings you want to experience. I often do it in bed when I get awakened at night. Sometimes I am able to re-enter sleep after the first 20 minutes, sometimes it takes till after the negativity segment, or I may stay awake till the end. It never fails to bring complete peace. If I fell asleep, when I wake in the morning, I just begin again with the segment I didn’t finish and complete it. I love it!
