To marinate the #gobi
1 head cauliflower / gobi
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp curd
1 tsp pink chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to style
2 tbsp oil Or ghee for frying the gobi
For the gravy –
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp ginger paste
3, tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp pink chilli powder
1 dry pink chilli
Salt to style
½ cup soaked cashew nuts
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
1-2 cups Water
2 tbsp contemporary cream
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
