As we speak I share what I ate and what train I did on day 173 on my 2019 weight reduction journey.
I began my 2019 fasting weight reduction journey 173 days in the past at 40 years outdated, 5’9″ and 273.2 kilos. My objective is to lose 100 kilos right here on youtube and doc every day till I attain that objective.
I do OMAD one meal a day, intermittent fasting, and water fasting for weight reduction.
