A really nice hip based yoga flow! I almost got all the way down to the ground in one of my splits as well, which is the closest I've ever been! Even though it is not the pose but the practice which counts the most, I felt quite accomplished. Looking forward to my next practice. Thank you 🙂

Thank you for putting so much goodness out into the world. This practice released pent up tears that needed to flow. What goes on in the brain/body those hip openers!? Your sweet voice was a blessing as it gently guided me through the rest of the practice and helped me realize that we are never far from a nurturing soul when we are willing to let ourselves let go and weep. Everything is going to be okay.

Your lesson is great but as I am a Buddhism, I would recommend you to turn your head or face toward the Buddha to pay the respect. Buddhism consider turning the feet or the back facing to the Buddha is very rode.Hope you understand .

Whoa really going for it Lesley this time …at one point I was laughing trying to get from side plank into 'split' or as I like to call it 'mad starfish'. When you were going back over to the other side I was heard to mutter 'show off' and then you you did the twirly leg thing in mid air to go from one side of crossed knees to the other. I tried let's just leave it at that and I'll leave that image with you!,!!!!!!!! Truly grateful that the take your time and energies into teaching us mere mortals xx
I started yoga about 2/3 months ago at university and needed a way to keep up my practice at home during the christmas break and your videos have been absolutely perfect. Whilst i’ve been home, I’ve challenged myself to practice every day using your videos and now, after about 2 weeks, i’m noticing more flexibility in my hips as well as far more overall strength (particularly in my arms and shoulders!) My posture is ever improving too! Thank you so much xox
