Dry Roast and Grind:

Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds – ½ tsp
Black Peppercorns – ¼ tsp
Fennel – ¼ tsp
Cumin – ¼ tsp
Dried Crimson Chilli – 10 nos
Sesame Seeds – ½ tsp
Coconut (grated) – 1 tsp

Different Substances:

Child Potato – 500 gram
Water – four Cups
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp
Urad Dal – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves – 10
Salt – To Style

Karaikudi Mushroom Fry Recipe:

Mushroom – 200 grams

Batter:

Corn Flour – three tbsp
Maida – 1 tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Water – three tbsp
Oil – To Deep Fry

Coconut Paste:

Coconut (grated) – 2 tbsp
Cashew – three nos
Water – 2 tbsp

Different Substances:

Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds – ¼ tsp
Onion (finely chopped) – 1 no
Inexperienced Chilli – 1 no
Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 no
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 10 nos
Turmeric Powder – A pinch
Fennel Powder (Saunf Powder) – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 ½ tsp

Oil – 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) – 1 no

Capsicum (diced) – 1 no
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
