I love these 20 mins practices! I think itβs the perfect amount of time in the morning. 10 mins practices leave you kinda wanting for more, 30 mins is doable but difficult to fit in a morning routine, so I actually find these perfect.
Side plank on one side was like :)) hey :)) keeping the pose, enjoying the heat :)) on the other side I kept rolling over like nnnnghh
